Mi Goreng Basah

Ingredients
2 paket mi kuning, cleaned
5 ulas bawang putih, chopped
1 senduk lada blend
2 senduk oyster sauce
2 tbsp kicap manis
1-2 cups of water
1 cawan sotong bulat
1 cawan udang basah
1 cawan isi ayam 
1 stick of carrot
4-5 rumpun sawi, leaves separated from the stems
Daun sup, chopped

Instructions
1) Panaskan minyak, and masukkan bawang putih, goreng sampai garing
2) Then add in the lada blend, mix for a while sampai lada garing for about 5 minutes. Then add in oyster sauce, air and kicap manis, mix well
3) Masukkan sotong, udang, ayam, carrots and batang sawi. Biar sampai mendidih and the ingredients are cooked through
4) Add in mi yang dah basuh tadi with the sawi leaves, mix well. And add chopped daun sup for garnishing. No need to use salt because the oyster sauce is salty enough
