Ikan Goreng Berlada

Ingredients
10 small fish (selar kuning/kembung), cleaned and marinated with kunyit
3 serai
4 bawang merah
3 ulas bawang putih
3 senduk lada blend
Kicap manis
2 asam keping
Salt and sugar to taste

Instructions
1) Goreng ikan sampai garing, set aside
2) Slice serai thinly, goreng sampai garing and brownish then add in the bawang merah and putih, tumis
Thinly sliced serai
3) Add in lada blend and 1 tbsp of sugar, goreng sampai pecah minyak and garing
4) Add in the asam keping and about 3-4 tbsp of kicap manis. Salt to taste
5) Add in the ikan goreng and mix well
