Mihun Goreng

1/2 packet of mihun
150g of beef (sliced small)
3 red shallots
3 garlic cloves
2 tbsp chilli paste
3 tbsp tomato sauce
3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 cup of water
1 chicken or beef stock cube
1 egg
Chinese celery
Instructions
1) Soak the dry mihun in cold water for 15 minutes and drain.
2) Mince the shallots and cloves and sauté until fragrant. Add in the chilli paste and fry for about 5 minutes until 'pecah minyak'.
3) Add in the sliced beef. When the beef is cooked through, add in tomato sauce, sweet sauce and water. Leave to simmer.
4) Mix in the chicken or beef stock cube. Add in the egg, stir when if half-cooked.
5) Add in the mihun with 1/2 cup of water. Incorporate well with the sauce. Before turning off the heat, mix in sliced Chinese celery.
