Daging Kisar Tiga Rasa

Ingredients
400-500g beef mince
2 ulas bawang putih
1 bawang besar
1 inci halia
3 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp chilli sauce
3 tbsp kicap manis
1 beef stock cube
1 tsp white pepper
1/2 cup water
5-6 small green chillies
Salt and sugar to taste

Instructions
1) Goreng the daging until masak and set aside
2) Tumis bawang putih, besar and halia yang dipotong dadu sampai naik bau. Masukkan semua sauce and mix well
3) Add in the water, beef stock cube, chillies and some salt. Mix and leave to simmer for 1-2 minutes
4) Add back in the daging with white pepper. Masak sampai kuah pekat. Salt and sugar to taste
