Ayam Goreng Cili Padi

Ingredients
500g isi ayam, cleaned and cubed
1 bawang besar
2 bawang merah
2 ulas bawang putih
1 inci halia
12-15 biji cili padi
1-2 tbsp kicap manis
Juice from 1 biji limau kasturi
Salt and sugar to taste

Instructions
1) Marinade isi ayam with salt and kunyit, goreng dlm minyak banyak sampai garing. Set aside
2) Tumbuk bawang merah, putih, cili and halia. Jangan lumat sangat. Bawang besar potong bulat
3) Tumis bawang besar sampai layu, then masukkan bahan yang ditumbuk, tumis lagi sampai naik bau

4) Masukkan ayam yang digoreng and kicap manis. Kacau sebati, continue goreng sampai bawang-bawang turn brown. Add in the lime juice bila dah nak tutup api. Salt and sugar to taste
