Vegetables & Egg Tofu in Oyster Sauce

Ingredients
4 cloves of garlic
2 tubes of egg tofu
A small bowl of prawns, approx. 14 
1 cup water
6 tbsp oyster sauce
Brocolli
Cauliflower
Carrots

Instructions
1) Heat some oil in a pan and fry the sliced egg tofu for 4-5 minutes until they're slightly brown. Set aside
2) Tumis the chopped garlic in the same pan and add in prawns. Fry until they turn orange, don't overcook them or else they'll be hard. Set aside leaving the garlic in the pan
3) Add in water and the oyster sauce into the pan. Stir until the water and sauce mix well and leave to simmer
4) Add in the vegetables and stir for 2-3 minutes until they soften
5) Add back in the prawns, mix a bit and lastly the tofu. Don't stir anymore at this point so that the tofu won't break
