Ayam Goreng Tomyam

Ingredients
400g isi ayam
3 bawang merah or 1 big one
1 inci halia
1 paket Tomyam paste
3 biji limau purut or 2 big ones
2 small red chillies
3 green chillies
1 tomato (wedged)
1 batang serai, diketuk
1 stalk of coriander leaves (daun ketumbar)
Kicap manis
Sugar to taste

Instructions
1) Perah limau for the juice and mix with the Tomyam paste and set aside
2) Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang merah yang dihiris, halia and serai sampai naik bau
3) Masukkan isi ayam and masak sampai lembut
4) Bila isi ayam dah masak, perlahankan api and masukkan tomatoes, chillies, coriander leaves and lime + paste mix. Kacau rata
5) Add about 2 tsp of kicap manis and a pinch of sugar. I didn't use any salt because the paste was salty enough 
6) Keluarkan serai and serve
