Chicken Quesadillas

8 Tortilla wraps
4 small chicken breasts
1 can of button mushrooms, sliced
Mozarella cheese
Mayonnaise
White or black pepper
Butter
Paprika powder
Instructions
1) Shred boiled chicken breasts and mix with mayonnaise until moist
2) Heat up some butter and saute the sliced mushrooms for about 2 minutes, set aside
3) Place one tortilla wrap in an unbuttered or un-oiled flat pan. Spread the shredded chicken, sauted mushroom slices, pepper and cover with cheese enough so the ingredients can stick to the wraps. Sprinkle a dash or paprika powder
4) Grill on the pan about 2-3 minutes per side until it browns and the cheese melts. Flip to the other side
5) Plate and cut into quarters
