Black Pepper Beef

500g thinly sliced beef
3 red shallots
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp of ginger
1/2 brown onion
1 stick of carrot
1/2 cup of green beans
2 tbsp crushed black pepper
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp thick soy sauce
1 tsp cornstarch, mixed with 1/4 cup of water
1/2 cup of water
Salt and sugar to taste
Instructions
1) Heat up some oil in a wok and add in the sliced beef. Cook until the liquid from the beef dries up.
2) Add in the sliced shallots, garlic, ginger and brown onion until soft and fragrant. Add in the carrots and continue stirring.
3) Add in the mixture of crushed black pepper, oyster sauce, thick soy sauce and cornstarch
4) Gradually add in the water and mix well
5) Add in the green beans before turning off the heat.
