Popia Gulung Cheese

1 pack of 50 popia sheets
Water
100gm of cheese powder
Instructions
1) Roll the popia sheets and dab water on the edges to seal the rolls.
2) Cover the popia rolls with damp kitchen towel to make sure they don't dry out.
3) Cut the rolls with a pair scissors about 5cm in length. Continue to cover with damp kitchen towel.
4) Preheat oil to deep fry the rolls. Fry them in batches until slightly brown all over.
5) Mix the fried popia rolls with 2-3 tbsp of the cheese mix while they're still hot until well coated.
6) Repeat the process until all popia rolls are fried and coated. Let cool completely before closing the 'kuih' jar.
