Beef Bruschetta

Ingredients
1 long french loaf
500g beef mince
1 cup bottled pasta sauce
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 onion, diced
1 tomato, diced
Black pepper, oregano, salt to taste
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

Instructions
1) Heat some oil in pan and brown the beef mince. Add in the garlic and diced onions. Continue stirring until they soften. Add in black pepper, oregano and salt to taste. Add in the diced tomatoes and give it a quick stir before turning off the heat



2) Slice the french loaf about an inch per slice. Spread garlic butter followed by the pasta sauce



3) Spread a spoonful of the meat mix on each slice, then another dollop of the pasta sauce, topped of with the grated cheeses


4) Bake in a preheated oven at 180'c for 7 minutes
5) Eat with some mushroom soup on the side to add more flavour
