Ingredients
250g minced beef
1 bawang besar
2 ulas bawang putih
1 tsp serbuk kari
4 biji telur
Butter
Roti Hotdog secukupnya (the store ran out of hotdog buns, so I had to use the little ones, they work just as fine)
Vegetables of your liking (timun, tomatoes, cabbage what have you)
Cara-cara
1) Cincang bawang besar and bawang putih halus2
2) Panaskan minyak dan tumis bawang. Bila dah a bit layu, masukkan serbuk kari, tumis hingga sekata
3) Masukkan daging dan garam. Kacau sampai masak. Transfer masuk mangkuk besar
5) Belah roti, but not all the way through
6) Panaskan a pan with a flat bottom with some butter. Spread the meat & egg gravy on both sides of the bread and terbalikkan masuk dalam pan. Don't worry, if you do it fast enough the meat wont fall off
7) Press it against the pan for 30 seconds to 1 minute depending on how garing you want them to be as long as the eggs are fully cooked. And flip it to crisp the other side
8) Serve with mayo and sweet chilli sauce of your liking. I tend to like sweet chilli more rather than the regular Maggi or Kimball chilli for this
9) Serve the slice veggies in the buns
