Ayam Goreng Kunyit

Ingredients
500g chicken breast (cut to bite-size)
1 egg
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp salt
3 red shallots
2 garlic cloves
1/2 cup of sliced carrots
1/2 cup of green beans

Instructions
1) Marinade the chicken with the egg, cornstarch, turmeric powder, oyster sauce and salt.
2) Deep fry the chicken until golden brown. Set aside.
3) Use 3 tbsp of the frying oil to sauté the shallots and garlic until fragrant. 
4) Add in the carrots and green beans and sauté until they soften.
5) Add in the fried chicken and mix well.
