Tomyam

Ingredients
750g isi ayam
1 bawang besar
3 bawang putih
4 cili padi
5-6 daun limau
2 batang serai, dititik
3 tomyam cubes
1 chicken stock cube
1.5l water approx.
1 tomato, wedged
Carrots
Salt and sugar to taste

Insructions
1) Slice the bawang besar, bawang putih and cili padi. Masukkan dalam a big pot along with serai, daun limau, tomyam and chicken cubes
2) Add water and bring to a boil
3) Lepas dah mendidih, add in the chicken, tomatoes and carrots
4) Continue cooking until the chicken are cooked through and carrots are soft
5) Kalau tak cukup pekat, add 1/2 - 1 more tomyam cube. Salt and sugar to taste 

ps. You can also replace the chicken with beef or seafood.
