Oyster Beef and Vege

Ingredients
500g beef steak, sliced thin
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp corn flour
1 tbsp crushed red pepper
1 tbsp black pepper sauce
1/2 big red onion
Cauliflower
Brocolli
1/2-3/4 cup oyster sauce
3/4 cup water
1 tsp sesame oil
4-5 small green chillies, if you want more heat
Salt and sugar to taste

Instructions
1) Coat the sliced beef with vegetable oil and cornflour. Heat up the wok to a high temperature and stir fry the beef for about 5 minutes
2) Add in sliced onions, crushed red pepper, chopped green chillies (optional) and black pepper. Continue cooking until the onions are soft
3) Pour in the water, oyster sauce and sesame oil. Mix well and leave to simmer for 2-3 minutes or until the beef are cooked through
4) Add in roughly chopped cauliflower and brocolli. Mix everything and cover the wok for about a minute to steam the vege
5) Salt, sugar and maybe add some more oyster sauce to taste
