Creamy Mushroom Carbonara

Ingredients
1/2 pack of spaghetti
Slices of thin beef streaky
2 red shallots (sliced)
2 garlic cloves (sliced)
Fresh wild mushrooms
330g of creamy pasta sauce
Black pepper
Salt and sugar to taste

Instructions
1) Boil the pasta as per instruction
2) Heat a pan with some oil and fry the beef streaky until slightly crispy. Set aside
3) Sauté the shallots and garlic. When fragrant, add in the mushrooms and cook until soft
4) Add in the pasta sauce and black pepper. Salt and sugar to taste, stir well
5) Add in the spaghetti and cooked beef streaky. Incorporate until well mixed
