April 11, 2012Ingredients
500 grams beef (sliced thinly)
1 stick of carrot
Long/french brans
1 big brown onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp of ginger
2-3 tbsp dried chilli flakes
4 tbsp teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp chilli paste (lada blend)
3 tbsp chilli sauce
Salt and pepper

Instructions
1) Ensure all ingredients are prepared beforehand as stir fries need to be cooked at a really high heat and very quickly. The beef, vege and big onions should be cut into fairly similar sizes

4) Next, add the vegetables in, some water and close the wok/pan with a lid to steam the vege for about 30 secs to 1 minute
5) Add the rest of the ingredients in, chunks of chilli flakes/ginger/garlic, sliced big onions, beef, teriyaki sauce, chilli paste and chilli sauce
6) Cook until beef are done and tender
