Ingredients
1 pack of spaghetti
3 red shallots
3 garlic cloves
400g beef mince
1/2 cup sliced wild mushrooms
1 big jar of red pasta sauce
2 tbsp chilli sauce
Water
Black pepper
Salt and sugar to taste
Instructions
1) Cook the spaghetti as per packaging instructions.
2) Saute the sliced shallots and garlic until fragrant. Add in the minced beef, salt and pepper to taste. Slight before it's cooked through, add in sliced mushrooms.
3) Pour in the pasta sauce, chilli sauce and 2 cups of water. Leave to simmer.
4) Salt, pepper and sugar to taste. Garnish with parmesan cheese.
