Ingredients
250g of Ribbon or Spiral pasta
2 cloves of garlic
3 small shallots
400g minced beef
1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
Black pepper
1 tsp Oregano
330g Bolognese pasta sauce
1 tbsp of chilli sauce
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup parmesan
1 tsp chopped parsley
Instructions
1) Cook pasta until al dente.
2) Sauté the garlic and shallots until fragrant. Add in the beef and cook until browned and add in the mushrooms. Salt and pepper to taste.
3) Add in the pasta sauce, oregano and chilli sauce. Leave to simmer.
4) Add in the cooked pasta and mix well. Transfer the pasta into an oven dish.
5) Mix the breadcrumbs, parmesan and parsley. Spread it on top of the pasta.
6) Bake in a preheated oven at 180' for 10-15 minutes.
