Ingredients
400g minced chicken
6 cloves of garlic
6 bird's eye chillies
6 small red shallots
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 cup fresh Basil leaves
Salt and sugar to taste
Instructions
1) Crush the garlic and chillies into small pieces with a pinch of salt. Heat up some vegetable oil in the wok and add the crushed ingredients until the garlic start to slightly turn brown
2) Add in the chopped shallots and stir fry until fragrant
3) Add in the minced chicken and stir well. When the chicken is half cooked, add in the sauces and continue frying until cooked through
4) Add in the basil leaves and stir through
5) Salt and sugar to taste
