Ayam Goreng Tomyam

Ingredients
4 pieces of chicken
1 tsp of turmeric powder
3 small red shallots, crushed
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 small packet of Tomyam paste (1-2 tbsp)
1 lemongrass, crush the bottom part
5 pieces of lime leaves
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
Water
Salt and sugar to taste

Instructions
1) Marinade the chicken with turmeric powder and a pinch of salt. Deep fry and set aside
2) Remove excess oil, leave just enough for the shallots and garlic. Sauté the crushed shallots and garlic until fragrant
3) Add in the lemongrass and lime leaves. Stir until fragrant. Add in the Tomyam paste and 1/4 cup water, leave to simmer. 
4) Add in the sauces and 1/2 cup of water. Let it simmer
5) Add in the fried chicken and stir well. Salt and sugar to taste
