Ingredients
1 packet Mee Kuning
3 red shallots
2 ginger cloves
1 tbsp chilli paste
3 tbsp tomato sauce
3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 cups of water
1 cup of fish cakes/fish balls
2 eggs
1 cup of Sawi
Salt and sugar to taste
Instructions
1) Wash the mee with cold water thoroughly.
2) Saute the sliced shallots and garlic until fragrant. Add in the chilli paste and goreng for a few minutes until pecah minyak.
3) Add in the sauces, water and fish cakes or fish balls. Mix and leave to simmer.
4) Add in the eggs and stir gently when it's half cooked.
5) Add in the washed mee and sawi. Mix all the ingredients well. Salt and sugar to taste.
