Korean Beef Grill

Ingredients
300g thinly sliced beef
1/4 cup light soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp red pepper flakes
3 cloves of garlic (chopped small)
1 tbsp ginger (chopped small)
Sliced carrots
Fried eggs
Spring onion and white sesame seeds

Instructions
1) Whisk soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, pepper flakes, garlic and ginger in a bowl to dissolve the sugar
2) Coat the beef slices with the sauce and leave to marinade for at least an hour
3) Heat up a grill pan with some olive oil and grill the beef for a few minutes on each side until slightly charred
4) Grill the carrots in the same pan until cooked through
5) Serve with rice and eggs. Garnish with chopped spring onions and white sesame seeds
