Teriyaki Prawns

Ingredients
500 grams prawns, peeled and deviened
4-5 tbsp of Teriyaki sauce. Preferably ones with garlic and sesame. If not u can always add garlic paste and 1 tsp of sesame oil into your already available Teriyaki Sauce
1 stick of
Spring onions for garnishing 

Instructions
1) Marinade the prawns with the sauce for about 15 mins
2) Bring the pan the medium-high heat and heat up some oil. Add in the carrots and prawns together with the juices from the marinate
3) Stir for about 3-5 minutes until the prawns turn orange-y. And since this is a stir fry dish, you'd want the prawns to be coated, not drenched in the sauce. So just stir until the sauce thickens
