Ayam Goreng Berempah

Ingredients
3 - 4 chicken
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp chilli powder
1 tbsp white pepper
1 tsp salt
3 batang serai
3 ulas bawang putih
1 tbsp halia
1 cawan daun kari

Instructions
1) Blend serai, bawang putih, halia with 1/2 cup of water
2) Mix the curry powder, chili powder, white pepper and salt with the bahan blend. Marinade the chicken pieces with the paste for 1 - 2 hours
3) Deep fry the chicken with the curry leaves until cooked through. Set aside
4) Add in the remaining marinade paste into the oil and cook for a few minutes for the crispy kerak and serve on top of the fried chicken
