Tuna Pasta

Ingredients
250g pasta shells of your choice, 
300g bottled pasta sauce
1 canned tuna in mineral water
3 red shallots
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp oregano
2-3 tbsp chilli sauce
Black pepper and salt to taste
1 cup sliced white wild mushrooms
1 cup of shredded cheese


Instructions
1) Cook the pasta in boiling water, al dente (about 2 minutes less than the instructed time). Drain and set aside
2) Heat up 3 tbsp oil and saute the shallots and garlic until soft. Add in the tuna chunks, continue stirring for 3 minutes. 
3) Add in the pasta sauce. Season with Italian seasoning, oregano, black pepper, chilli sauce and salt. Cook for 5-10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
4) Remove sauce from heat, pour in the cooked pasta and mix well. Pour into a casserole dish, topped with the sliced mushrooms, mozzarella cheese and some chopped parsley.
4) Bake in a 180'c preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
